Surface preparation
Grind back, pressure clean, patch cracks and chips. Walls, gardens and fixtures masked off before any spraying
starts.

Spraying the overlay
The cement-polymer mix goes on with a hopper gun in even coats, building your colour and texture. Stencils laid
between coats.

Final seal & walkthrough
Two coats of UV-stable sealer, curing and care runthrough, and your 5-year written warranty handed over.

Most residential jobs run two to three days from prep to final seal, weather permitting. A fair chunk of that is
drying time between coats.
No. The sprayed application leaves a fine texture that grips better than smooth or painted concrete, wet or dry.

Hairline and minor cracks are ground out and patched during preparation, and the overlay hides them completely. Major
structural cracking we'll flag honestly at the assessment.

Sweep it, hose it, occasionally wash with mild detergent. A fresh coat of sealer every three to five years keeps the
colour sharp. Looked after, it lasts 20-plus years.
A blend of cement, graded sands and liquid polymers, mixed on site and sprayed over your existing concrete at around
2 to 3 millimetres thick. The polymer content bonds it tightly to the old slab and helps it cope with heat, movement
and traffic.
Any structurally sound external concrete: driveways, patios, pool surrounds, paths, porches, stairs and alfresco
areas. It's especially popular around pools because the texture still grips with wet feet.
Foot traffic is fine after about 24 hours. Keep cars off a resurfaced driveway for seven days while the sealer
